Thermomix Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 g parmesan cheese
1 shallot
400 g zucchini
15 basil leaves
40 g olive oil
100 g vegetable stock
30 g all-purpose flour
800 g water
Preparation

Grate parmesan 10 sec/speed 7. Tip out and set aside.
Place shallot, zucchini and basil into mixing bowl, chop 5 sec/speed 7.
Add oil, saute 3 min/100 deg/speed 2.
Add vegetable stock, cook 3 min/100 deg/speed 1.
Add flour and water. Cook 20 min/Varoma/speed 1.
Add parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. blend 1 min/speed 7.
