Ga Xe Phay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rock cornish hen
    2 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 lime, juice of
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
    1/4 1/4 cup coriander or 1/4 cup mint, chopped (or a combination of coriander and mint)
Preparation
    boil hen with salt. pull meat from hen and cut into chunks.
    combine hen with all ingredients and seasoned with salt and pepper.
    chill before serving with French bread.
