Spinach And Borage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups spinach
    1 cup borage leaves, Wash young borage leaves and remove stalks, chop finely
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute in hot oil the spinach and borage, the hairy texture disappears from the young leaves when cooked. Just stir fry till wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
