Mock Crab Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium ripe tomatoes
3 ounces grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine tomatoes and cheese in a saucepan on low heat and stir gently until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and add well beaten eggs.
Return to low heat and cook until it is thick.
Serve with crackers or chips.
