Canadian Bacon Thanksgiving Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
3/4 lb mushroom, chopped
4 -6 ounces ham (canadian bacon is better)
1/2 cup minced green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups white bread cubes
2 eggs
Preparation

In 12\" skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms, ham, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir, cook until vegetables are done. Pour over bread cubes and add the beaten eggs.
Mix ingredients together so that egg and vegetable mixture coat bread.
Bake at 350 until bread begins to brown and dressing is warm throughout.
