4 salmon steaks (or filets)
Sauce
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons dill
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
salt
pepper
Optional
splash lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Stir together mayonnaise and mustard.
Add spices (withhold dill and sprinkle on top later for a more professional presentation).
Arrange salmon on a baking sheet or pan.
Coat with sauce (add dill here if you've withheld it).
Bake for 30-40 minutes (salmon flakes when done).
Optional: When serving, spoon remaining sauce back over fish for a saucier version.
