Caramelised Onion Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons butter
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 teaspoons brown sugar
    400 g chickpeas, drained
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 cup tahini
    2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    Melt butter, add chopped onions.
    Cook medium to high heat till soft.
    Stir in brown sugar, cook further 3 - 4 minutes to caramelize sugar.
    Place all other ingredients including the caramelized onions into food processor.
    Puree till smooth.
    Serve with pretzels.
