Mr. Food'S Quick And Easy Italian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
    1/2 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans Italian stewed tomatoes, undrained
    2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, undrained
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    In a soup pot, cook chicken, sausage and onion over high heat 5-6 minutes,or until browned, stirring to break up sausage.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
