Ingredients
    1/4 cup heavy cream or 1/4 cup whipping cream
    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 cups fresh corn kernels (7-8 ears)
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro (loosely packed)
Preparation
    In a 12\" skillet, heat the cream and spices to boiling on medium-high; Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
    Add corn and cook 5 min until corn is tender and heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cilantro to serve.
