Oven Roasted Cherry Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 sprigs thyme
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
Preparation

In ovenproof saucepan, combine tomatoes, oil and thyme. Roast at 350 for about 30 minutes. Discard thyme.
Add basil, garlic, salt and pepper and transfer to a blender. Process until smooth.
