Low Fat Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites (equivalent to one egg)
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon low iodine salt
    3 mushed medium bananas
Preparation
    Beat The Egg
    Stir in milk and oil.
    stir in rest of ingredients.
    cook in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes and make sure to grease the muffin tins!
    feel free to add nuts, chocolate or dried fruit for an extra kick!
