Ingredients
    18 ounces grilled chicken breasts, thinly sliced, 3- 6 oz breasts
    3 large roasted red peppers, jar
    4 leaves red leaf lettuce or 4 leaves green leaf lettuce, large
    1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Top lettuce with chicken and peppers. Sprinkle with cheese and scallions.
    Roll up leaves, secure with toothpicks.
