Ingredients
    5 -6 ice cubes
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder (such as About Time Chocolate)
    1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate syrup
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
