Cajun Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 (13 3/4 ounce) can chicken broth
    1 1 large green peppers (or combination of all 3) or 1 large yellow pepper, sliced into thin strips (or combination of all 3)
    1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil till tender but still opaque.
    Add broth, pepper strips and seasonings.
    Bring to a rolling boil; stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from the heat.
    Let set for 5 minutes.
    Fluff with a fork.
