Bazaar Del Mundo Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Hass avocadoes
    2 limes, juiced
    1 small yellow onion, diced (or red onion)
    1 tomatoes, diced
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon coarse salt (to taste)
    1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 -2 serrano chili, to taste
Preparation
    cut avocados in half and remove pit.
    Scoop pulp into medium bowl and add lime juice.
    Mash avocado with fork.
    Remove seeds from chillies and finely chop.
    Mix all remaining ingredients into mashed avocado.
    Chill, if desired.
    Garnish with a little chopped tomato.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
