Homemade Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup filtered water
    3/4 cup organic unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup organic sugar
    1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
    1 dash salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and ring to a boil while stirring constantly.
    Once the syrup is combined and all the sugar and cocoa are no longer grainy and visible, remove from heat.
    Store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
    Stir 2 T syrup into 8 oz of milk and enjoy!
