Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
    In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
    In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
    Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix in the vanilla extract.
    Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until no white streaks remain.
    Fold in 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips.
    Press mixture into prepared pan. Scatter remaining 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips on top. Gently press into dough.
    Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 22-25 minutes, or until lightly browned on top and around the edges.
    Remove pan from oven to a wire rack.
    Cool completely and cut into 24 bars.
