Rajmah Curry (Mild) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    4 tablespoons oil
    3 teaspoons crushed garlic
    3 teaspoons crushed ginger
    1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
    1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
    2 teaspoons cumin
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 (400 g) tins kidney beans (rinsed)
    2 (400 g) cans black beans (rinsed)
    1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (400 g) can indian tomatoes
    75 ml cream
Preparation
    Fry onions in oil until starting to brown.
    Add garlic and ginger.
    Add spices.
    Add beans and tomatoes.
    Simmer 30 mins.
    Stir cream through just prior to serving.
