Durian Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 durian
    1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
    Scoop out the durian flesh from the rind and place in a saucepan.
    Stir slowly over a medium heat, removing the seeds with a spoon until only the pulp remains.
    Add the sugar and stir well.
    Continue stirring until the mixture coagulates.
    Remove from heat and shape into cakes.
