Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups water
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/3 cup rice
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Brown beef and drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until all vegetables are tender, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
