Herbed Ricotta Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese
    1 teaspoon roasted garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons herbs, roughly chopped (such as basil, thyme, oregano or chives)
    1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
    coarse salt
    cracked black pepper
Preparation
    Place ricotta, garlic, herbs and parmesan cheese in a small bowl and fold together until blended.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
