Pork Chops In Grape-Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
    2 teaspoons butter
    1 cup seedless grapes, halved
    1/2 cup light cream
    1/3 cup chopped parsley
    1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
    1 tablespoon chopped shallot
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
    Cook pork chops for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.
    Remove and keep warm.
    Add remaining ingredients to skillet.
    Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly.
    Spoon sauce over pork ribs.
