Curried Noodles With Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g dried rice noodles
    1 large onion
    2 tablespoons oil
    3 teaspoons mild curry powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup coconut milk
    3 teaspoons soy sauce
    250 g cooked pork (BBQ or Roast, thinly sliced)
Preparation
    Soak rice noodles in a bowl of hot water for 20 minutes. Drain well.
    Cut onion into 1/4 inch strips.
    Heat the oil in a wok, add the onion and cook on high heat until onion is soft. (1-2 min).
    Add curry powder, salt and noodles. Mix well.
    Add the peas, coconut milk and soy sauce, toss to combine. Reduce heat, cover and cook on low for 3 minutes.
    Stir in pork and heat for another 1-2 minute (until pork is warm).
