Blueberry Mango Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or regular milk)
    1 1/4 cups reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
