Justin Wilson'S Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lbs catfish
    1 cup milk
    cooking oil
    1 cup plain flour
    2 1/2 cups cornmeal
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon butter-flavored salt
Preparation
    Soak fish in milk Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly in a bowl or bag.
    Roll the fish in dry ingredients Fry in hot cooking oil deep enough to float the fish.
    (Be sure grease or oil is not too hot, about 350 degrees).
