Horseradish Slaw With Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    6 1/2 cups green cabbage, shredded (1 14oz bag shredded Cole Slaw mix)
    2 small carrots, shredded (optional)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, horseradish, salt, pepper, and vinegar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour mixture over shredded cabbage and stir until cabbage is well coated.
