Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup Grand Marnier
    1 orange, zested and juiced
    1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (can use powdered)
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 vanilla bean, split and seeded
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil with sugar and add cranberries. Stir until half have popped and add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook until berries have popped and have a sauce consistency.
    Storage: The sauce will last one week in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer.
