Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon flax seed, blended
    2 eggs
    1/8 cup oil
    1/8 cup honey
    2 cups buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine the two. If you want thinner pancakes, add a little water. Drop onto hot griddle using 1/8 c and it makes about 24 pancakes.
