Lemon Fizz Mocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups apple juice
1/8 cup lemon juice
soda water
1 lemon, rind of

Preparation

Combine apple and lemon juices.
Fill glasses halfway with soda and top off with the juice mixture.
Garnish with a strip of lemon peel.
