Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1/3 cup oil
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons parsley flakes
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    2 (6 ounce) cans whole mushrooms
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, oil, onion, salt, parsley, mustard and brown sugar.
    Bring to a boil and add drained mushrooms.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Chill covered overnight.
