Pressure Cooker Ham And Beans With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb dried great northern beans
    8 cups water
    1 lb ham
    2 teaspoons onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 dried bay leaves
    1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (because I put that in almost everything!)
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
    1 dash nutmeg
    fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Add washed, sorted dry beans to pressure cooker with the water.
    Cut ham into bitesize chunks and add all seasonings.
    Set to HIGH pressure for 20 - 25 minutes.
    Use quick release method to release steam.
    Stir in spinach and nutmeg. Heat through.
    (My cooker has a \"Keep Warm\" setting that I leave it on till serving time.).
    Great with crusty bread or cornbread!
