Moroccan Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons cumin, ground
    2 tablespoons paprika
    2 tablespoons sugar, granulated
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl. Add 4 servings of the meat of your choice (1 lb boneless or 2 lb bone-in). Mix to combine, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours (only 30 minutes for seafood or prawns).
