Delightful Pecan Toasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups pecans, coarsely ground

Preparation

Beat egg whites till stiff.
Add brown sugar and beat on low speed till mixed.
Add vanilla flavoring and pecans.
Mix well.
Drop by 1/2 tsp on greased sheet.
Bake 200-250 for 25-30 minutes, or till light brown.
