Sweet & Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 turkey meatballs
1 red peppers or 1 green pepper
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup water
4 actifry spoons ketchup
1 actifry spoon mustard
1 spoon maple syrup
1 spoon vinegar
1 spoon grated onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation

Place meatballs, peppers and mango in Actifry pan.
Whisk water, ketchup, mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, onion, garlic and cornstarch. Add to Actifry pan.
Cook for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is thickened (add more water if sauce becomes too thick). Garnish with coriander if desired.
