Fish Eye Salad (Tapioca Fruit Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup pearl tapioca
    2 cups water
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 (20 ounce) can fruit cocktail, , drained
    3/4 cup whipped cream (my mother in law uses Nutriwhip non dairy whipped topping)
Preparation
    Soak tapioca and water over night,drain Add milk and salt and cook until transparent.
    Add sugar, and cool.
    Add fruit cocktail.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Chill.
