Tuna Dog Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups white flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    6 ounces tuna, drained
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Turn out on floured surface and knead until firm, a little more flour may be needed.
    Roll to 1/2\" thickness, cut with cookie cutter, or pizza wheel.
    Bake for 30 minutes, then turn off heat, let biscuits stand in oven for 2 hours.
