Creamy Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 boiled rice
    4 spring onions, thinly sliced (scallions)
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    8 pitted green olives, sliced in three rounds
    8 pitted black olives, sliced in three rounds
    1/2 cup savoury mayonnaise (not sweet, try Thomy or Hellmans)
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon cajun spices (or taco or burrito spice with a bit of chilli powder added)
    1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon granules
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix everything together in a bowl and serve.
