Matagorda Fire - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large red onion, Diced
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    16 ounces mild salsa
    1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
    1 (2 1/2 ounce) can jalapenos, chopped
    1 lb American cheese, shredded
    12 corn tortillas, raw, diced
    2 cups water
Preparation
    Brown the meat and onion. Spray crockpot with Pam and then pour meat and onion mixture into the crockpot. Add all the rest. Stir well.
