Baked Parmesan Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup corn flake crumbs
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 lbs halibut fillets
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons milk
Preparation

Combine crumbs, cheese and salt.
Dip filets in combined eggs and milk, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place in greased 9X13\" pan and bate at 425 degrees fo 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serves six.
