Quick And Easy Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 cup butter
    2 cups white rice, cooked
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Melt buitter in a skillet and saute the onion and green pepper till softened. Mix with the rice and soup and pour into an oven safe baking dish. Bake at 350* for approximately 20-25 minutes until heated thorugh and slightly golden on top.
