Kalakhand Milk Cake Barfi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) container whole milk ricotta cheese
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups powdered milk
    1/2 cup butter
Preparation
    Blend all the ingredients with melted butter and place in a baking pan.
    Bake at 350 deg F.
    Stir the mixture frequently, more frequently as it begins to brown (to even out the browning).
    When the mixture is a light golden brown, it is ready to be taken out of the oven.
    Cool, pat it down and cut into squares.
