Simple Asian Marinade For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast fillets (skin optional)
    1 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
    2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
    1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
    1 large scallions or 1 large green onion, sliced diagonally
Preparation
    Put all ingredients together with chicken breasts and marinade for at least one hour. When cooked, throw over sliced green onions for decoration.
