Pineapple Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, not drained
    1 cup sour cream
    1 egg
    1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted and slightly cooled
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease muffin pan.
    In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple w/ juice, sour cream, egg, and butter; blend well.
    In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; add to pineapple mixture; stir just until moist.
    Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan, dividing batter evenly.
    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
