My Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 tablespoon vidalia onion, finely minced
    1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon yellow mustard
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Chop eggs, place in bowl.
    Add all other ingredients, and mix well.
    Serve on desired bread.
    Great on rye.
