Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add milk, sugar, rice, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt to the eggs.
Pour into buttered baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
