Marshmallow Goof Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces marshmallows
    16 ounces caramel candies
    1 cup butter
    14 ounces condensed milk
    12 1/2 ounces crispy rice cereal
Preparation
    Cut marshamllows in half and freeze --
    Melt caramels, butter and milk in double boiler.
    Dip marshamllows in caramel mixture and roll in rice crisp cereal.
    Refrigerate till set.
