Columbian Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart jamaican rum
    1 pint brandy
    4 ounces green chartreuse liqueur
    1 pint freshly brewed tea (oolong)
    2 lemons, juice of
    2 oranges, juice of
    1 cup superfine sugar
    750 ml champagne
Preparation
    Combine the rum, brandy, Chartreuse, juices and tea in a large punch bowl.
    Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
    Add ice then add the Champagne and stir.
    serve.
