Polynesian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon parsley flakes
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    Apricot Sauce
    1 cup apricot jam
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add ground beef. Mix well.
    Rol into 1 inch balls, arrange in single layer on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake in 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink inside.
    Apricot sauce: Combine jam, vinegar and paprika in small bowl. Makes about 1 cup. Serve with meatballs.
