Black Bean And Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    3 carrots, diced
    2 (15 ounce) cans fat free chicken broth
    2 (15 ounce) cans fat free black beans, drained
    1 cup instant rice
    1 cup salsa
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne (I like more)
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan cook onion, celery, bell pepper and carrots in chicken broth till tender.
    Stir in beans, rice, salsa and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
