Sweet Curry Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
10 -12 fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 lemon, juice of
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation

This couldn't be simpler. Put the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for a good minute or so; the longer you blender, the lighter it becomes. Use right away, or store airtight in the fridge for a week.
